To display your balloon garland, you might use string along with adhesive hooks that temporarily stick to walls or other surfaces, peeling off cleanly without leaving a mark—perfect for party flair. Alternatively, you could craft, purchase, or rent a balloon arch or stand to stylishly secure your garland in place.

Can I prep the balloon garland before the event?

Absolutely, you can do it! Our premium balloons are tough and designed to last, so feel free to assemble your Balloon Garland a day ahead, storing it in a cool, dry spot out of the sun’s reach until your event kicks off. On the big day, position the garland, give the balloons a quick wipe with a dry microfiber cloth, and toss in the mini balloons for a perfect finish.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Shipping times do not include our processing and dispatch period. We typically process orders on the same business day (Monday–Friday), although processing can extend to 1–2 days—or even up to 5–10 days during busy sales periods. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or Australian public holidays. Once dispatched, your order will arrive according to the chosen shipping option.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you change your mind or order the wrong items, you can return them within 14 days for store credit. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer refunds, only store credit for returned items.
